About the Recipe
Celery is a crunchy and refreshing vegetable that many of us enjoy, but did you know that it can also benefit our furry friends? Dogs can indeed eat celery and it can actually be a healthy addition to their diet.
One of the main benefits of feeding celery to dogs is its high water content, which can help keep them hydrated, especially during hot summer months. Additionally, celery is low in calories and high in fibre, making it a great snack for overweight dogs looking to shed some pounds.
Celery is also a good source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin K, vitamin C, and potassium, which are essential for a dog's overall health and well-being. The crunchy texture of celery can also help keep your dog's teeth clean and healthy, reducing the risk of dental issues.
However, it is important to feed celery to your dog in moderation, as excessive amounts can lead to digestive issues such as gas and diarrhoea. Always wash and chop celery into bite-sized pieces before feeding it to your furry friend to avoid choking hazards. Feed as an occasional treat
