Ingredients
300g seedless watermelon, diced
60ml kefir or plain Greek yoghurt
2-3 fresh basil leaves (or ½ tsp dried basil)
Optional: A splash of drinking water if blending is tricky
Fun Variations:
🐾 Berry-Licious: Swap watermelon for blueberries or strawberries.
🐾 Nutty Delight: Add a teaspoon of 100% peanut or almond butter.
🐾 Minty Fresh: Replace basil with fresh mint for a refreshing twist.
🐾 Layered Frozen Treats: Freeze half of the watermelon blend first, then add a second layer of Greek yoghurt mixed with another fruit.
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into moulds or ice cube trays.
Freeze for a few hours (until solid).
