About the Recipe
Watermelon can be a refreshing and hydrating treat for dogs, especially during the hot summer months. It is rich in vitamins A, B6, and C, making it a nutritious snack option. However, it is important to remove the seeds and rind before feeding it to your dog, as they can cause digestive issues and potentially be a choking hazard. Feeding watermelon in moderation is key, as too much can lead to gastrointestinal upset. Additionally, dogs with certain health conditions such as diabetes or obesity should avoid watermelon due to its natural sugar content. Feed as an occasional treat
