About the Recipe

A little sweet treat that packs a punch. Dark berries contain quercetin, which is anti-histamine and anti-inflammatory. Benefits outweigh the natural sugar content. Banana is full of vitamins and minerals, helps muscles, bones, immune system, brain function, and digestion. Higher in sugar, so feed occasionally. Puppies under 6 months should not be given this as noted on the fruits blog

Feed as a part of your dogs plant matter portion, a couple of times a week

Ingredients

1 banana, ripe

1 punnet of blueberries

1 punnet of raspberries

4 dessert spoons of Full Fat Natural Greek yoghurt (could swap this to kefir for a mightier punch, always choose plain / natural and full fat varieties)

A little water to loosen the mixture

Preparation

Peel & roughly chop the banana

Add the banana, blueberries and raspberries to the blender

Add the greek yoghurt

Add a little water (you can add more as you go if needed)

Blend until smooth

Pour into moulds (We have used 3cm x 3cm here but you can choose others)

Place into the freezer overnight.
