Preparation

Prepare as per ingredients list

Mix prepared ingredients together

You may choose to add Caffeine Free Green Tea to this mixture to make it mix easier and enhance the powerful blend further. Some of the potential benefits of green tea are:

  • Green tea undergoes minimal oxidation when it’s processed, which some argue helps its cancer-fighting powers

  • Green tea has antioxidant properties

Once the mixture is ready, pour into moulds to freeze. There is no set limit but the general rule of thumb is 10% of the diet can be fed as vegetables and other plant matter
