Ingredients
1 cup of raspberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon organic chia seeds
1/4 cup of water
Preparation
Mash the raspberries with a fork
Sprinkle chia seeds on top
Add peanut butter to the mix and blend together well
Add water and mix well
Pour this into ice cube moulds and freeze for at least 1 hour
