About the Recipe

Feed as an occasional treat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raspberries


  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter


  • 1/2 teaspoon organic chia seeds


  • 1/4 cup of water

Preparation

  • Mash the raspberries with a fork


  • Sprinkle chia seeds on top


  • Add peanut butter to the mix and blend together well


  • Add water and mix well


  • Pour this into ice cube moulds and freeze for at least 1 hour
